Traditional Meat Ragù
Slow cooked ragù as the tradition requires.
We use only the best ingridients: fresh tomatoes, onions, veal Fassona and local pork, fresh local vegetables and a touch of herbs.

We suggest a great match with egg pasta, risotto alla parmigiana or with a soft mash potatoes.
Warm it up for few minutes with three spoon of boiling water and a touch of extra vergin olive oil.
